Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited’s board meeting regulation -29 notice of closed period – CCG Clause XXVI

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Monday, February 27, 2012 in the Company’s Board Room, 21- Kashmir Road Lahore, to consider the reviewed accounts for the period ended December 31st 2011.

Furthermore, the Company hereby declares a closed period from February 21, 2012 to February 27, 2012 (both days inclusive).
