Banking Ombudsman pays farewell call on President

Islamabad, July 17, 2023 (PPI-OT): Banking Ombudsman Muhammad Kamran Shahzad paid a farewell call on President Arif Alvi in Islamabad on Monday and briefed him about the measures taken during his tenure to deal with banking cases and provide financial justice to bank customers.

The Banking Ombudsman informed the President that a relief of three billion rupees was provided to the banking customers during a period between April 2019 and July 2023. The President commended the services of the banking ombudsman.
