Body of Missing Youth Recovered from Jhelum River in Kashmir

Srinagar: The body of Abid Manzoor Dar, a youth who had been missing for three days, was recovered from the Jhelum River in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, sparking concerns and prompting a police investigation.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Dar, a resident of Barsoo, Pulwama, was identified shortly after the discovery. Authorities have transferred the case to the police who are conducting necessary legal and medical formalities. A formal investigation has been launched to uncover the circumstances surrounding Dar’s disappearance and death.
