British-Pakistani Businessman Donates Rs10m to Flood Relief Efforts

Islamabad: Pakistani-origin British businessman Wasim Aslam visited Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Islamabad today, presenting a cheque of ten million rupees for the flood victims.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi highlighted that Pakistan is experiencing one of the most severe floods in its history, with recent floods devastating Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. The floods have resulted in widespread destruction and the displacement of millions of residents.

The Interior Minister assured that the government remains committed to supporting those affected by the disaster. He emphasized that Wasim Aslam’s generous contribution will be directed to the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund, underscoring the importance of continued support for the flood-hit regions.
