Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited’s financial results for the year ended June 30, 2011

Financial Results for the Year Ended June 30th 2011

We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on Friday, 27th January 2012 at 5:00 pm at the corporate office of the Company, 10th Floor, The Harbour Front, Dolmen City, HC-3, Block-4, Marine Drive, Clifton, Karachi has approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30th, 2011.

During the year under review, the Company has achieved Gross Sales of Rs 43,927 million and Net Sales of Rs. 38,944 million as compared to the Gross and Net Sales of Rs. 48,506 million and Rs. 41,098 million respectively for the last year During the year, the Company’s net Loss after taxation was Rs. 1,987 million as compared to a loss after taxation Rs. 1.616 million in the previous year.

 

Annual General Meeting:

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 27th February 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Moosa D, Desai Auditorium, Institute of Chartered Accountants. (ICAP) Karachi. The shareholders are being notified accordingly.

We will be sending you 300 copies or printed accounts for distribution amongst the members of the Exchange 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
