Istanbul: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, is in Istanbul, Turkiye, to participate in the two-day session of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which begins today.
According to Radio Pakistan, during the plenary session, Mohammad Ishaq Dar will present Pakistan’s perspective on the developments in South Asia following the ceasefire arrangement between Pakistan and India. He will also address the situation in the Middle East after Israel’s recent actions against Iran and other regional states.
The Deputy Prime Minister will reaffirm Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to the Palestinian cause. He will emphasize the urgent need to establish peace in the Middle East and provide humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.
