DPM Reviews Measures to Boost Agricultural Exports

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting in Islamabad today to review measures to boost Pakistan’s agricultural exports and trade competitiveness. Discussions during the meeting centered on strategies to enhance market access, facilitate trade, and strengthen engagement with key international partners.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting aimed to identify opportunities that could help Pakistan increase its agricultural exports. The participants examined various strategies to expand market access, with a particular focus on removing barriers to entry in international markets. The meeting also explored ways to streamline trade processes, making them more efficient and straightforward for exporters. Strengthening ties with international partners was highlighted as a crucial step toward achieving these goals.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of these measures in improving the country’s economic standing and expressed commitment to supporting initiatives that would bolster the agricultural sector.
