Islamabad, June 21, 2023 (PPI-OT): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said early childhood education is a building block for shaping the personality and determining career paths for the children. In his tweets, he noted that this is at this early stage in their educational journey that the children imbibe the basic norms and values of social conduct. The Prime Minister announced the holding of Pakistan Learning Conference saying it focuses on building foundations by adapting the global best practices to empower children.
He said he was keen to attend the conference and listen to the varied perspectives from scholars and policy practitioners from different backgrounds but could not make it due to his commitment to represent Pakistan at a global financial moot in Paris. He however said that he looks forward to its recommendations for building a resilient and happy future for our children.
