Karachi: We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday April 28, 2012 in Karachi to consider and approve Un-audited Condensed Interim Financial Statements of our Company for the 1st Quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Since the trading at your Stock Exchange is closed on Saturday, financial results of the Company will he sent to you on the next working day i.e. Monday April 30, 2012.

Please note that the ‘Closed Period’ of the Company would commence from April 21, 2012 to April 28, 2012 as required under the Code of Corporate Governance.
