Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10.00 A.M on Thursday the 26th April 2012 at the registered office of the Company at 112-C, E/1. Ghalib Road, Gulberg III, Lahore to consider the 3rd Quarterly Accounts for period ended
31-03-2012.

Further, note that from April 19, 2012 to April 26, 2012 has been determined as the above period during which no Director, Chief Executive or Executive of the Company shall direct or indirectly deal in shares of the Company.
