Fateh Sports Wear Limited Announces Director Candidates for Upcoming Election

Karachi, In compliance with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act-2017, Fateh Sports Wear Limited has announced the candidacy of seven individuals for its board of directors election, set to occur at the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 10, 2024. The candidates listed include Mr. Rauf Alam, Mr. Aftab Alam, Mr. Saeed Alam, Mr. Faraz Alam, Mr. Ashhar Alam, Mr. Jamal Alam, and Mrs. Shabana Aftab. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these nominations follow notices issued on May 16 and a subsequent corrigendum on May 23, 2024. Since the number of nominees does not exceed the number of board positions available as stipulated under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act-2017, all seven candidates will automatically be elected to the board at the meeting.
