During his visit to the NADRA Center on Zarar Shaheed Road, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi engaged with local residents to discuss enhancements in the processing of identity cards and other official documents, emphasizing the need for higher efficiency and integrity in service delivery. According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi expressed his commitment to eradicate any influence of mafia agents within NADRA and extend these reforms to the passport office to ensure transparency and speed in document processing. During his inspection, he addressed immediate concerns about cleanliness and operational efficiency at the center. Speaking to citizens at the counters, Naqvi highlighted his focus on reducing wait times and improving the overall experience for the public.

The minister’s directives included specific measures to improve the service environment at NADRA centers, affirming his aim to facilitate smoother and faster document issuance for residents.
