Narowal, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Ahsan Iqbal, assured that the distribution of laptops to students is being conducted strictly on a merit basis. This announcement came during a laptop distribution ceremony held at the University of Narowal, where he emphasized the role of technology in modern education.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Iqbal highlighted the PML-N government’s efforts in establishing a network of new universities across the country since 2013, aimed at enhancing educational standards and expanding employment opportunities for the youth. The minister praised the University of Narowal for its role in advancing education and fostering job creation in the region, underlining the government’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives through technology.
