Ghazi Fabrics International Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, August 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 20th August 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at its registered office, 8-C, E-III Gulberg, Lahore to consider among other thing the future CAPEX Plans of the Company.

The closed period determined by the Company shall be from August 14, 2013 to August 20, 2013 (both days inclusive) with reference to the Listing Regulation No. 35 and clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance.
