Multan, Acting President Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani emphasized the significant role of the business community in Pakistan’s development during a meeting with a delegation of businessmen and industrialists today. He highlighted former President Asif Ali Zardari’s efforts to encourage investments from friendly countries, including China, underscoring the ongoing importance of such initiatives.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Gilani pointed out that the economic development of Pakistan heavily relies on the active participation of its business sector. He asserted that the upcoming federal budget should prioritize the interests of businessmen to foster a more conducive environment for investment and growth.
