Governor Sindh Consults Religious Scholars on Eid al-Fitr, Seeks Guidance on Islamic Principles

Karachi, Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori called the scholars of different schools of thought and congratulated them on Eid-ul-Fitr. He engaged with prominent figures such as Mufti Taqi Usmani, Mufti Muneebur Rehman, Allama Shahshah Hussain Naqvi, and Mufti Abdul Rahim.

According to Sindh Governor House, the discussions focused on greeting the scholars for the festive occasion and soliciting their advice for incorporating the principles of an Islamic state within the operations of the Governor’s House. The Governor emphasized the significance of aligning the Governor’s House with Islamic teachings and principles.

Governor Tesori’s outreach to the scholars reflects an effort to ensure that his administration adheres to Islamic values, particularly in governance practices. The conversations also underline the importance of religious guidance in state affairs, demonstrating the Governor’s commitment to fostering a closer relationship between religious and state institutions in Sindh.
