Karachi, Haleon Pakistan Limited has issued details for electronic and postal ballot voting for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 April 2024. This follows a directive from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, ensuring members can vote on special business via electronic or postal methods.
The company clarified that its e-voting facility would be accessible from 23 April 2024 at 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on 25 April 2024. Eligible members will receive detailed instructions, including web address and login details, through email. Voters are reminded that once a vote is cast, it cannot be changed. The electronic authentication will be verified via an electronic signature.
For postal ballots, members must ensure their ballots, along with a copy of their CNIC or Passport, reach the Chairperson at Haleon’s registered address by 5:00 pm on 25 April 2024. The ballot papers, available for download from the Haleon website, must be duly filled, signed, and match the signature on the member’s identification document.
