Hinopak Motors to Hold Board Meeting to Review Annual Accounts, Declares Closed Period

Karachi, Hinopak Motors Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on June 21, 2023, at Karachi to discuss the Annual Accounts for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023.

During the meeting, the Board will review and assess the financial performance of the company for the past year. The Annual Accounts discussion will provide insights into the company’s revenue, expenses, profits, and other key financial indicators, giving stakeholders a comprehensive overview of Hinopak Motors’ operations.

To comply with regulatory requirements, Hinopak Motors has declared a “Closed Period” from June 14, 2023, to June 21, 2023. This means that during this period, which includes both the days of the meeting, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company can engage in any dealings related to the shares of Hinopak Motors. This restriction is in accordance with Clause 5.6 .4 of the PSX Regulations.
