Huawei Pakistan’s Vice CEO Discusses IT Sector Development with Federal Minister in Islamabad

Islamabad: Ray Yu, Vice CEO of Huawei Pakistan, met with Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Federal Minister for Science and Technology, to discuss ongoing collaborations and the potential for future partnerships between Pakistan and China in the IT sector.

According to Ministry of Science and Technology, the meeting focused on the progress of agreements established during the Prime Minister’s recent visit to China. Dr. Siddiqui emphasized the critical role of Pakistan’s youth in the IT sector’s development and highlighted the necessity of providing them with modern technological training. He pointed out that there are significant opportunities for cooperation in the private sector that should be utilized to strengthen the partnership between the two countries.
