Indian soldier injured in Poonch attack

Jammu, June 24, 2023 (PPI-OT):An Indian Army soldier was injured in an attack in Poonch district of Jammu region of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian soldier sustained injuries after some unknown gunmen opened fire at an army patrolling party in Gulpur area of the district.

Soon after the incident, Indian troops launched a massive cordon and search operation in the area to nab the attackers. The operation continued till reports last came in. Meanwhile, an eighteen years old boy identified as Aditya was found hanging inside his house in Jawahar Nagar locality in Rajouri town of Jammu region. Another youth, Rohit Kumar, died under suspicious circumstances at Gol Gujral in Jammu. Reports said that Rohit Kumar had gone missing on Thursday.
