Islamabad, In an expression of solidarity and mourning, Islamabad Capital Police gathered to offer the funeral prayer for Lady Head Constable Rubina Shehbaz at the Police Lines Headquarters. Senior officials, law enforcement personnel, and fellow police officers were present to pay their final respects.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, DIG Security Division Awais Ahmad Malik, along with other senior officers, attended the service for Shehbaz, who had been serving in the security division and tragically passed away due to a road accident. A smart contingent of the police force honored her with a guard of honor, and floral wreaths were placed on the coffin by the DIG Security Division.
The DIG expressed his condolences to the bereaved family, assuring them of the department’s full support. He emphasized the value of each officer and official to the police force and pledged to provide comprehensive care for their families.
