Ittehad Chemicals Limited to Convene Board Meeting for Audited Accounts, Declares Closed Period

Karachi, Ittehad Chemicals Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for September 20, 2023, at the company’s Registered Office in Lahore. The primary agenda of the meeting is to deliberate on and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Accounts of the company for the Financial Year ending June 30, 2023, in addition to addressing other routine matters.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, Ittehad Chemicals Limited has established a “Closed Period” from September 13, 2023, to September 20, 2023, as per Rule 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. During this closed period, no director, CEO, or executive of the company will be permitted to engage in any form of share dealings involving the listed company, ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations and upholding transparency in the market.
