Karachi Chief Minister Hosts Eid Milan Party for International Diplomats

Karachi, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah of Sindh hosted an Eid Milan party at the Chief Minister’s House, attended by Consul Generals from multiple nations, marking the third day of Eid-ul-Fitr. The event celebrated the festive occasion with diplomats from both Muslim and non-Muslim countries, promoting cross-cultural exchange and understanding.

According to Chief Minister Sindh, the gathering included diplomats from Sri Lanka, Qatar, Dubai, Indonesia, Thailand, Iran, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, the United States, China, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Afghanistan. Chief Minister Shah extended his gratitude to the diplomats for participating in the festivities and for their contributions to enhancing the spirit of the holiday in Karachi.

The Eid Milan party provided a platform for diplomats to exchange greetings and discuss the significance of Eid-ul-Fitr, a festival that underscores peace, joy, and solidarity among communities. Chief Minister Shah highlighted that such events reflect the universal values of happiness and love, and appreciated the way Eid is celebrated in Karachi. Traditional Eid delicacies like sweet suyan, sherkhurma, other sweets, and tea were served to honor the occasion.
