Lahore Police Review Performance, Commend Crackdown on Organized Crime

Lahore, In a comprehensive performance review meeting held at the Capital City Police Headquarters, Lahore Police Chief Bilal Siddique Kamiana lauded the efforts of law enforcement in combating organized crime, particularly highlighting the recent arrest of a notorious Jordanian drug trafficking gang.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, CCPO Lahore expressed satisfaction with the overall progress of Iqbal Town and Sadar Divisions and commended the Organized Crime Unit for their successful operations. He emphasized the importance of continuing the aggressive pursuit of thieves, bandits, and drug dealers to ensure their apprehension and prosecution. In addition to urging officers to enhance their performance, Kamiana stressed the significance of dedication, sincerity, and public service within the police force.

The meeting also underscored the priority of protecting life and property and the role of police officers in fostering public trust through just actions. High-ranking officials including DIGs for Investigation and Operations, SSPs, and various divisional officers participated, discussing strategies to further improve public safety and community trust in the police.
