Man kills wife in IIOJK’s Kupwara

Srinagar, In Kupwara district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a woman was killed by her husband in the Tangdhar area. The incident involved the husband allegedly strangling his wife at their home.

According to Kashmir Media Service, officials reported that the woman, in her 30s, was strangled by her husband, Amjid Ahmed, who is a driver by profession and resides in Shartpalla Tangdhar. Following the incident, the police took immediate action, arresting Ahmed and initiating an investigation into the murder.

An official stated, “Investigation is going on at full pace and details will be shared accordingly,” indicating ongoing efforts to thoroughly understand the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
