Ms. Rubina Khalid Takes Charge as BISP Chairperson, Promises Transparent Governance

According to Press Information Department, in her inaugural address, Ms. Khalid paid homage to Shaheed Mohterma Benazir Bhutto, whose legacy the program embodies.
