Murtaza Abbasi assures to take steps to address issue of flour shortage in KP

Islamabad, May 09, 2023 (PPI-OT): Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Javed Abbasi has assured to take necessary steps to address the issue of flour shortage and increase in its price in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Responding to the points of the members in the National Assembly today, he said the matter has been brought into the notice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and a decision will soon be taken to this effect. The Federal Minister clarified that there is no formal notification to stop the transportation of wheat from Punjab to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
