Muslim World League Secretary General Meets Prime Minister to Boost Islamic Unity and Inter-Faith Harmony

Islamabad, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, visited the Prime Minister at the Prime Minister House today. The meeting underscored the commitment of both leaders to enhance the image of Islam globally, promote peace, and strengthen the ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

According to Press Information Department, the Prime Minister expressed appreciation for Dr. Al-Issa’s contributions to promoting Islamic values and inter-faith harmony. He also conveyed his best wishes to Saudi leaders, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, highlighting the deep-rooted ties between the two nations based on shared faith and culture. The Secretary General commended the Prime Minister’s recent efforts to strengthen bilateral relations following his visit to Saudi Arabia.

The meeting is part of Dr. Al-Issa’s visit to Pakistan from April 7 to April 15, 2024, which focuses on fostering unity among the Muslim Ummah and advocating for Muslim causes globally.
