Naseerabad Officials Conduct Inspection at Local High School to Combat Exam Malpractices

Naseerabad, Deputy Commissioner Batul Asadi led an inspection at the Government Boys Model High School in Naseerabad alongside key education and police officials to scrutinize the examination process and address issues of cheating and lack of facilities.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the visit by Deputy Commissioner Asadi, Deputy District Education Officer Shah Bakhsh Pindarani, and SSP Dr. Sami Malik was aimed at ensuring the integrity of the examination environment. The officials checked student and staff attendance, and the Deputy Commissioner directed the police to maintain a clean environment around the school and prevent unrelated persons from approaching within 200 meters of the exam centers. Additionally, section 144 will be enforced within the limits of the examination centers to further secure the area.

The Deputy Commissioner expressed concern over the practices like copying during exams, stressing that eliminating such vices is crucial as they compromise the quality of education. She emphasized that while duplicating work might earn students degrees, it does not impart genuine knowledge or skills. Furthermore, Asadi was critical of the inadequate facilities at the examination center, especially noting the lack of water and electricity during the summer season, and issued directives to ensure these essential services are provided so that students can take their exams without disruptions.
