National Bank of Pakistan Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, August 08, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Pakistan Limited (NBP) will be held on Thursday the August 16, 2012 at 9:30 AM., in the Board Room National Bank of Pakistan Head Office Building, 2nd Floor, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to consider the Half Yearly Accounts of the Bank for the period ended 30-06-2012, along with other agenda items.

In terms of clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance, the closed period shall be August 9, 2012 to August 16, 2012 (both days inclusive), during which period no director, CEO (President) or Executive of the Bank shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of NBP, in any manner.
