Pakistan Army Personnel Honored in Peshawar After Fatal Clash with Terrorists

Peshawar, In a solemn ceremony, five members of the Pakistan Army, who were killed in a fierce exchange of fire with terrorists in Peshawar district, were laid to rest yesterday. The fallen soldiers, honored for their bravery, included Naik Muhammad Ashfaq Butt, Lance Naik Syed Danish Afkar, Sepoy Taimur Malik, Sepoy Nader Saghir, and Sepoy Muhammad Yasin.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the funeral was attended by a large contingent of senior officers, soldiers, and the grieving families, alongside a considerable gathering of local residents. The Pakistan Army reaffirmed its resolve to combat terrorism relentlessly to safeguard the nation, underscoring the sacrifices made by its personnel in the ongoing struggle.
