Pakistan Continues Repatriation of Afghan Nationals Residing Illegally

Islamabad: The ongoing repatriation of Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan has been progressing, with recent figures showing a significant number of individuals returning to Afghanistan. Over the last two weeks, 16,446 illegal Afghan residents have been repatriated, contributing to a total of 637,427 returnees.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, This initiative is part of a broader effort to manage and regulate the presence of foreign nationals in the country. The repatriation process has been systematic and conducted in accordance with international norms to ensure a smooth transition for those returning to their homeland.
