Pakistan Dispatches 105 Tons of Relief Assistance to Afghanistan

Islamabad: Pakistan has sent a significant consignment of humanitarian relief assistance to Afghanistan, totaling 105 tons, in response to the recent earthquakes that have devastated the country. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced the dispatch of the aid, highlighting the government’s commitment to supporting Afghanistan during this challenging period.

According to Radio Pakistan, the relief package includes essential food items, medicines, tents, blankets, and bubble mats. These supplies are intended to aid those affected by the natural disaster, providing much-needed resources to help alleviate the hardships faced by the Afghan population.

In a message shared on the social media platform X, Ishaq Dar expressed his deepest condolences and prayers for the victims of the earthquakes and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. He emphasized that Pakistan stands in solidarity with the people of Afghanistan, underscoring the strong ties between the two neighboring countries.
