Pakistan-Iran Parliamentary Group Meets with Iranian President to Boost Bilateral Ties

Islamabad, Today, the Pakistan-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group, led by Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, engaged in talks with Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran and the National Assembly of Pakistan. The discussion revolved around leveraging parliamentary mechanisms to enhance and fortify bilateral relationships and foster people-to-people cooperation.

The engagements underline a mutual commitment to strengthening diplomatic and legislative ties through continued dialogue and collaboration within international frameworks like the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
