Pakistan’s Envoy to UAE offers condolence on Death of Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud

Abu Dhabi, June 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): Pakistan’s Ambassador to UAE Jamil Ahmed Khan Monday visited the Embassy of Saudi Arabia and offered his heartfelt condolences at the passing away of His Royal Highness Prince Naif bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, on behalf of the entire Pakistani nation, having deep-rooted brotherly relations with the Kingdom.

In his condolence message, Ambassador Khan said: “On behalf of the people and government of Pakistan and on my own behalf, I would like to extend our deepest condolences at the sad demise of His Royal Highness Prince Naif bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Interior.”

The envoy in his statement also noted that with His Royal Highness Prince Naif’s death, the people of Saudi Arabia have lost a visionary leader and Pakistan has lost a dear friend and brother. “Our prayers and sympathies are with the royal family and the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” he added.
