Pakistan’s FM to Champion Nuclear Energy’s Role in Sustainable Development at Brussels Summit

Islamabad, Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar is set to represent Pakistan at the inaugural Nuclear Energy Summit in Brussels, where discussions will focus on the potential of nuclear power in promoting sustainable development. The summit brings together global leaders and experts to explore nuclear energy’s contributions to achieving sustainability goals.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, alongside the summit proceedings, Foreign Minister Dar will engage in bilateral meetings with leaders and foreign ministers from the participating countries. These discussions are anticipated to further Pakistan’s diplomatic relations and enhance cooperation in the nuclear sector.

The Foreign Office emphasized that the Foreign Minister’s involvement in the summit underscores Pakistan’s commitment to fostering international collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
