Peshawar Health Minister Tours Rain-Affected Areas, Calls for Rapid Relief Efforts

Peshawar, Provincial Health Minister Syed Qasim Ali Shah recently toured several areas of Peshawar that were impacted by heavy rains, including locales along Charsada Road and Pajagi Road, as well as Shahi Katha Sardar Colony and Shagi Hindkian Hassan Ghari.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during his visit, Minister Shah was accompanied by Provincial Minister for Higher Education Meena Khan Afridi, Senate nominee Irfan Saleem, Assistant Commissioner Shah Alam, and other party leaders. The delegation assessed the damage caused by the rains and discussed immediate relief measures.

Minister Shah issued directives to expedite the completion of the remaining part of the Budhni Nala sidewall along Charsada Road. He also called for relief operations to commence promptly from all concerned institutions to aid affected communities.
