Popular Islamic Modaraba Announces Change of Registered Office Location

Karachi, Popular Islamic Modaraba has announced a change in the location of its Registered Office. The new address will be effective from June 10, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the management of the company, managed by Popular Islamic Modaraba Management Company (Pvt.) Limited, has issued a notice regarding this change.

The notification, as published in the Daily Nawa-i-Waqt and The Nation on June 07, 2024, informs all certificate holders of the upcoming change. The company requests all future correspondence to be directed to the new address starting from the specified date.
