Karachi, May 10, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that Mr. Rashid Abdulla Chairman/Chief Executive/Director has resigned from the office of the Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. April 25, 2012 and Mr. A. M. Jalaluddin has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer the Company in place of Mr. Rashid Abdulla.
