President has taken a serious note of attack on some members of Hindu community

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has taken a serious note of attack on some members of Hindu community in Taluka Chak District Shikarpur today and called for report in the matter.

Three Hindus were reportedly killed and one sustained serious injuries when assailed in their village.

Farhatullah Babar Spokesperson said that the President has asked for immediate arrest of culprits and bringing them to justice.

He says that President also instructed Ramesh Lal MNA to proceed to place of incident and convey his condolences to bereaved families.

President Zardari said that it was the moral and legal responsibility of the government to protect members of minority community against vandalism and atrocities. He has said that law would take its course and culprits will not go unpunished,
