Saudi Defence Minister Awarded Nishan-e-Pakistan for Enhancing Bilateral Ties

Islamabad, In a significant gesture underscoring the deep bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, President Asif Ali Zardari awarded the Nishan-e-Pakistan to Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. The prestigious award was presented in recognition of Prince Khalid’s exemplary contributions to strengthening the defense ties between the two nations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the investiture ceremony, which took place at Aiwan-e-Sadr, saw the attendance of notable figures including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, and the chiefs of the armed services. This event highlighted the mutual respect and collaboration between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, especially in matters related to defense and security.
