Security Forces Neutralize Terrorists in Khyber District Operation

Rawalpindi, Security forces in Pakistan conducted a decisive intelligence-based operation on April 24-25, 2024, in Khyber District, targeting a reported terrorist presence. The operation resulted in the elimination of three terrorists, including two identified as high-profile ringleaders.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the operation featured intense fire exchanges that led to the death of three terrorists, including Sohail @Azmato and Haji Gul @Zarkavi. The forces also dismantled a terrorist hideout and recovered a cache of weapons and ammunition from the deceased, who were implicated in numerous terrorist activities in the region.
