Shifa International Hospitals Limited Witnesses Insider Trading Activities

Islamabad, Recent transactions involving insiders of Shifa International Hospitals Limited were reported to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE), shedding light on activities by directors, senior management, and substantial shareholders.

On May 6, 2024, Tameer-e-Millat Foundation, a substantial shareholder, sold 20 shares at a rate of 133.50 PKR per share through the Central Depository Company (CDC).

Further transactions were recorded among the senior management. On May 8, 2024, Dr. Maimoona Siddiqui acquired 7,520 shares at 132.45 PKR each. Following closely, on May 9, 2024, Mr. Rashid Javed bought 100 shares priced at 131.50 PKR, and Mr. Sohail Ahmad Siddiqui purchased 756 shares at 131.51 PKR, both transactions also facilitated through the CDC.

These disclosures are aligned with the PSX Regulations under clause 5.6.4, which mandates the reporting of any insider trading activities.
