Islamabad: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is spearheading significant advancements in Pakistan’s real estate sector by fostering international partnerships aimed at increasing foreign investment. A landmark agreement between UAE-based Reportage Properties and Pakistan’s Empire Holding exemplifies these efforts, with the creation of a new joint venture named Reportage Empire Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the collaboration is set to kickstart its operations with a major real estate project in Lahore, designed to meet international engineering standards. This venture marks the beginning of multiple projects planned across major Pakistani cities, targeting foreign direct investment to stimulate economic growth and generate employment opportunities.

The strategic move by the SIFC to facilitate this partnership underscores its pivotal role in transforming Pakistan’s real estate landscape and attracting global investors to the country.
