Karachi, EFU General Insurance Limited has disclosed that Mr. Rafique R. Bhimjee, a substantial shareholder of the company, executed a gift out transaction, gifting 2,000,000 shares of the company on August 1, 2023. Simultaneously, his spouse, Mrs. Naila Bhimjee, received a gift in transaction, obtaining the same number of shares, also on August 1, 2023. The shares were transferred through the Central Depository Company (CDC) system at a rate of 0.00, and the form of share certificates is marked as N/A.
