Systems Limited Forecasts Strong Revenue Growth and Rising Margins

Karachi: In a recent preview of its second-quarter results for the calendar year 2025, Systems Limited (SYS) is expected to report a significant increase in net profit after tax (NPAT), projected at PKR 2.9 billion, equivalent to an earnings per share (EPS) of PKR 1.9. This marks a notable rise from the PKR 1.7 billion (EPS: PKR 1.1) recorded during the same period last year.

The anticipated revenue growth of 23% year-on-year is attributed to continued momentum in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and North American markets. These regions have been pivotal in driving the company’s financial performance, contributing to its robust revenue expansion.

Systems Limited is also projected to see an improvement in its gross margins, expected to reach 25.5% for the quarter. This is a rise from the 22.0% recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The increase in margins indicates a successful consolidation of the company’s operations.

AKD Securities Limited has maintained its ‘BUY’ recommendation for Systems Limited, setting a target price of PKR 176 per share for December 2025. The positive financial forecast reflects the company’s strategic focus and market positioning in key regions.
