Systems Limited Projects Profit Surge Amid Strong Market Performance

Karachi: Systems Limited is poised to report a significant increase in net profit after tax (NPAT) for the first quarter of the calendar year 2025, according to a recent analysis by AKD Securities Limited. The company is expected to achieve an NPAT of PKR 2.2 billion, resulting in earnings per share (EPS) of PKR 7.6, marking a notable rise from PKR 1.6 billion (EPS: PKR 5.4) in the same period last year.

The projected growth is largely attributed to a 39% year-over-year increase in revenue, driven by continued strong performance in the Middle East, Africa, and North American markets. The analysis highlights that Systems Limited’s gross margins are anticipated to improve to 24.8% for the quarter, compared to 23.1% in the same period last year.

AKD Securities Limited has maintained a ‘BUY’ recommendation for Systems Limited’s stock, with a target price set at PKR 879 per share by December 2025. The report suggests that the company’s ability to enhance profitability is underpinned by its expanding market reach and improving operational efficiencies.
