Toshakhana case against PTI chief declared maintainable

Islamabad, July 08, 2023 (PPI-OT): Islamabad district and sessions court has declared complaint against PTI Chief Imran Khan for concealing details of Toshakana gifts to be admissible. Announcing the reserved verdict, the court rejected the plea of Imran Khan and summoned the witnesses for testimony on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Javed Abbasi emphasized the need to hold Imran Khan and his family accountable for the 58 gifts received from Toshakhana. In a press statement, he said that a thorough investigation into the Toshakhana scandal must take place.
