Turkish Chief of General Staff Discusses Maritime Cooperation in Islamabad

Islamabad, In a significant meeting at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad, General Metin Gurak, the Chief of the Turkish General Staff, met with Pakistan’s Naval Chief, Admiral Naveed Ashraf. The leaders discussed a range of topics including bilateral naval cooperation, maritime affairs, and regional security dynamics.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussion highlighted the ongoing cooperation between the Turkish and Pakistani navies. General Gurak commended the Pakistan Navy for its role in promoting maritime security and stability in the region, acknowledging their efforts as pivotal in maintaining safe and secure sea lanes.
