Wyeth Pakistan Limited’s change of chairman/ chief executive

Karachi: We would like to inform you that Mr. Iqbal Bengali has resigned as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Wyeth Pakistan Limited (WYETH) with effect from August 08, 2011 and Mr. Abdul Majeed has been appointed as the new Chairman/ Chief Executive of Wyeth Pakistan Limited with effect from August 17, 2011. Mr. Iqbal Bengali, will, however, continue as a Director on the Board of Wyeth Pakistan Limited.
